The Grand Market is a public trade show and culinary exhibition held during the Atlantic City Food & Wine Festival at Bally's Park Place Hotel & Casino on the boardwalk in Atlantic City, NJ. Vendors from across the country displayed hundreds of foods, wines and other products. More than 16 nationally known chefs demonstrated recipes and provided samples to hundreds of guests. Some of the Chefs featured were Top Chef contestant Ron Duprat, Former White House Military Chef Samuel Morgante and Chef Darryl Harmon, Executive Chef of the World Famous Water Works Restaurant in Philadelphia. The event was hosted by Jennifer Mueller.
