Philadelphia Inquirer food critic Michael Klein, Water Works Restaurant Executive Chef Darryl Harmon, and Philadelphia Food and Wine Festival Organizer Chris Myers judge the three best recipes in the Inquirer's Annual Recipe contest. The judging took place at the Water Works Restaurant on Boathouse Row in Philadelphia. The winner, business consultant Joan Menige, received four free tickets to the Philadelphia Food & Wine Festival. The Philadelphia Food & Wine Festival will be held Friday, Saturday and Sunday, October 21, 22 & 23 at the Valley Forge Convention Center. The event was hosted by Jennifer Mueller.
